How long do sessions last?

Sessions, on average, will last 50 minutes starting from our agreed upon time.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions will be unique for each person. However, it is important to know you have the right to opt out of our arrangement at any time.

How often should I schedule a session?

That is down to your own comfort. Generally, it is recommended to start with weekly sessions and then decide on a schedule that best suits your individual needs.

What are your fees?

My fee is €60 per individual session. Payments are made at the end of each session. Payments can be made in cash or via Revolut.

When are appointments available?

My normal operating schedule is Monday to Friday; however, if necessary, Saturday appointments can be made as an exception.

Can I cancel a session?

Cancelling a session is no problem. I only ask for 48 hours notice so I can provide that time slot to other clients. Failure to give this notice will result in the full fee falling due.

Are sessions confidential?

Absolutely, confidentiality is given the highest priority at all times. The specifics of this will be explained in your initial session.
